            Uh, get over it! Really, what did "people" ever do to you? Have you met everyone on earth? No, I didn't think so. Until then, suck it up and get over it!
You know, you should have a better outlook on life. You have got to make the most of it.

Dear Cocoa
My very best friend that I have known since the 2nd grade has a new boyfriend. He seemed nice. But then all of a sudden he began to pick on me all the time and make rude comments to me. I have tried to tell my best friend that I don’t like how he treats me but she never really listens. I think she’d rather choose him than me. What should I do?

Dear Stuck,
 It must be hard to be in the middle like that... My best advice is to just keep trying. You can keep trying to tell her, or you can tell her. I'm sorry, but, trust me, it's going to be hard. And, again I'm sorry, but she might not accept that or agree with that.
But, listen. If it gets bad enough, talk to him about it. And if that happens, and none of the latter have worked, maybe it's time to get an adult involved.
